EPISODE 15: Wedding Bells

In the midst of Young Joon’s nonchalant proposal, out pops up Mi So’s dad. He objects the marriage at first but soon realizes Young Joon’s sincere and genuine love for Mi So after sharing a few bottles of soju with him. He approves Young Joon as his soon-to-be son-in-law under one condition—a proper marriage proposal. Young Joon is faced with the greatest challenge of his life. Meanwhile, Sung Yeon consents Young Joon’s destiny with Mi So and even gives him tips on how he should propose to Mi So.

EVERYTHING IN THIS EPISODE IS SO FUNNY HAHAHA. I like how they were so happy already when Young Joon sent Mi So to her place and when he was about to propose, Mi So’s dad just appears out of nowhere saying that she objects. The facial expressions of this scene was really good. Another funny part was when Young Joon and Mi So’s dad went to drink and talk about life, and when they got back Mi So had to help both of them because they were both so drunk. Mi So was scolding Young Joon because he’s a company owner and he shouldn’t act like that. I found that part cute. The following day because of stress, Mi So also drank with friends and Young Joon appears because he was worried about her. OHH MYYY!!! THE BEST PART OF THIS EPISODE WAS THE PROPOSAL, IT WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD. THE CARAMELS, CANDLES, AND ALL THAT PREPARATION, OMG! HE ALSO SANG BEFORE PROPOSING T_T

EPISODE 16: What’s Wrong With You, Kim Mi So?

After the marriage proposal, Young Joon and Mi So’s wedding preparation is getting on track. Young Joon wants to become a perfect husband as he promised, so he plans a perfect wedding for Mi So and himself. However, for Mi So, there are still lots of works to do before the wedding, so she can’t spare enough time to prepare it with her groom. Young Joon is disappointed by Mi So for her lack of interests in wedding planning, but alas, Mi So prepares something special to cheer him up!

HUHU THE LAST EPISODE BUT ANYWAYS, WE SHOULD ENJOY IT! 🙂 I didn’t get the first scene of the episode because like it directly went to Mr Park’s house but it was explained after. So funny the facial expression of Young Joon, when he said ” What’s Wrong With Kim Mi So?” upon knocking on Mr Park’s house. This happened because Kim Mi So doesn’t want to get treated like a princess after getting married. I totally understand her because not everyone wants that. Anyways, back to Mr Park’s house. OMG, Mr Park and his ex wife. SO FUNNY BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING THEIR MOMENT TIL YOUNG JOON JUST ENTERS THE HOUSE AGAIN. Young Joon was disappointed with Mi So because she seemed not really interested with wedding plans but it was just because of work. It was cute when they fought just because of lacking of time for each other. BUT OMG! MI SO SURPRISED YOUNG JOON!!! SHE WENT TO YOUNG JOON’S PLACE WEARING A WEDDING DRESS AND YOUNG JOON WAS STUNNED. SHE WANTED TO COVER UP FOR HER LACKING IN TIME WITH YOUNG JOON. AHHHHH!!! WHEN THEY GOT MARRIED AND PLAYED THEIR OST AND EVERYONE NOW IS HAPPY, HER CO-WORKERS AND FAMILY ^_^.

EPISODE 13: Nothing Can Stop Us

Clumsy as it may be, there’s nothing stopping Young Joon’s and Mi So’s love. But sadly, when all the time they have is not enough, Young Joon needs to go away on a business trip. They say when your eyes are away from your lover, so is the heart, but upon Young Joon’s return, their affection swells as much as they were apart. But wait, their secret relationship isn’t so secret anymore! Mi So tries her best to cover up her tracks, but it’s no use and who cares! Full steam ahead!

IT WAS SOOOO CUTE WHEN YOUNG JOON WAS HEADING TO FRANCE AND SO MI SO HELPED IN PACKING. THEY WERE TAKING PICTURES OF EACH OTHER SO THAT THEY WONT FEEL LONELY. OMG THATS SO SWEET OF THEM! THEY EVEN TOOK A SELFIE TOGETHER. Anyways, it was so cute also when Young Joon finished his business trip in shorter days just to come home and see Mi So. They were so inlove with each other that they forgot their limitations at work but it does not matter anymore because nothing can stop them now. Remember when I said last episode was intense? Well, this episode is MORE INTENSE. You’ll know why…

EPISODE 14: I Will Always Stay With You

Young Joon and Mi So are now facing obstacles to overcome which they have never imagined before—Young Joon’s “girl” friend and Mi So’s father. Rumors of Mi So spread across the company that she gets ahead by her charming looks to seduce her boss, and people speak ill of her. Young Joon only worries about Mi So getting hurt by the rumors. Meanwhile, Mi So’s last day at work is coming up. Mi So is done with the handover and gets herself ready to leave Yumyung group once and for all.

THAT OPENING THO! KIM MI SO IS SO HOT IN THAT WHITE  LONG SLEEVE POLO. It was sad to know that Mi So doesn’t know how to cook because she has been busy working hard to pay her family’s debts. I thought everything was already going happily but this episode was different. It showed that the characters here believe in bad luck and all those superstitions. After a while, Young Joon and Mi So had to follow Young Joon’s schedule, which was to go to the opening of Young Joon’s “girl” friend. This part was funny and cute at the same time because we got to see Mi So getting jealous. Everything goes bad for the couple especially when rumors were out about Mi So, but luckily her friends were there to protect her which was a valuable lesson. You really need friends to defend you and be there for you when you are done. Its so sad to remember that Mi So is almost done with turning over her job to Ji Ah.

The dialogue and the animations in this drama are really THE BEST because of how they can just insert funny lines casually to the script and just put hearts in the scene. BUT  WHAT HAPPENED TO MI SO? :((

EPISODE 11 : Why Hold Back The Truth?

Mi So suddenly faints as the memories of being kidnapped rushes back to her. As she lays unconscious on the hospital bed, the boy from 24 years ago who was by her side on that day, tells her exactly what happened that day. He had known all along who Mi So was, and now, he begs her to wake. Meanwhile, Lee Sung Yeon realizes why his brother, Lee Young Joon, never pitied his suffering because he knew all along it was him who was kidnapped and not Lee Sung Yeon. Mi So wakes up and bursts into tears finally knowing the person she had searched all this time is standing in front of her. But why didn’t he tell her in the first place?

IT WAS REALLY YOUNG JOON. Its so touching to see Young Joon begging for Mi So to wake up because he finally confirmed to her the truth, that it was really him that was with her. I really like the flashback scene that they placed because it made everything clear on why Young Joon was scared of cable ties and why Mi So is scared of spiders. FETUS or young Young Joon was so kind, being considerate of young Mi So and all that. He really made sure that she was safe and even brought her home. It also revealed why Young Joon had to lie and I was really in shock because at a very young age, he was able to think about those stuff just to save his family. I really like the poem showed in this episode. “Every Moment Was You”

EPISODE 12 : I Don’t Want To Waste Away Tonight

Young Joon can’t help himself but worries about Mi So because now she remembers what really happened when she was kidnapped. What if she starts to have nightmares from now on just like he has? Young Joon wants to take care of his lover even when she falls asleep, so he persuades her to let him move into her studio for a while. Meanwhile, Sung Yeon finds out that it was not him but his brother who was kidnapped and the reason why Young Joon had pretended to lose his memories.

REVIEW: 

DANG! This episode was really intense. It went to Mi So being nervous around Young Joon because he went to her place but they still ended up in his place. It was so funny when Young Joon said he couldn’t promise another day because he was not able to sleep. Everything in this episode escalated quickly. All I can say is INTENSE HAHAHAHAHA.

I CANNOT GET OVER WITH THE ENDING OF EPISODE 8, IT WAS SO UNEXPECTED THAT I CANT GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD!!

EPISODE 9:  Let’s Make It Official

Enough of the chit-chat and let the loving begin. Finally, the long-awaited official relationship between Mi So and Young Joon starts! Her faithful response to his genuine love sends him to the highest mountain peak—figuratively speaking—where he shamelessly screams, “Kim Mi So is my woman!” However, making it official does have its drawbacks. Their roles clash with each other’s desire that gets the whole office to notice, and puts Mi So in a position to set things right that leads to their first official fight.

I AM SO HAPPY THAT MI SO ALREADY CONFESSED HER FEELINGS FOR YOUNG JOON! LIKE OMG AHHHHHHH! How they act as a couple is really cute and how they are so careful when they are in the office because what if people or co-workers might catch them. I like how they already set limitations to themselves like how they can behave out of the office and how they should behave when they are in work. It really hurt me when Mr Park was able to see his ex-wife with another guy. It actually broke my heart huhu.

EPISODE 10: It Was You All Along

Everything is pointing to Young Joon—that the boy Mi So is looking for is not Sung Yeon, but him. Mi So doesn’t really understand why the whole family of her boss is lying about his real identity. To confirm her speculation, she pays a visit to Young Joon’s mother and finds a clue that might lead to her childhood hero. Meanwhile, Young Joon figures out that somehow Mi So’s sisters are not going to accept him easily. To win their hearts, he joins Mi So’s family on their vacation trip.

WAIT WHAT?! EVERYTHING DOES LEAD TO YOUNG JOON! but how come the brother has the same memories as him, if it were really Young Joon? DANG! YOUNG JOON WAS CUTE WHEN HE WAS YOUNG! Everything in this episode reveals almost everything in the story, like WOAH! MIND BLOWN. I really love this drama because of all the twists found in the story. It’s so nice to see Young Joon really working hard just to impress the sisters of his love one. He was willing to do things he has never done before just for Kim Mi So.

EPISODE 7: Memories Should Stay Buried

Secretary Kim grows closer to Sung Yeon knowing he was the one she was with when she was kidnapped. They visit a similar area they were kidnapped hoping it will help them remember fragments of their lost memory. The sight of Secretary Kim and Sung Yeon together drives Vice Chairman Lee mad to the point he professes his love to Secretary Kim once again. The tension between the two brothers heats up, while Gui Nam does everything he can to keep his ordeal a secret by following Ji Ah to the company retreat.

REVIEW:

I like how the love triangle in the drama in going. It makes me not want to stop watching the next episode. I was a bit angry at Sung Yeon because he got close with Mi So just because they met in their childhood. In my mind, I was like,” How about Young Joon? All of his efforts will go to waste?” Anyways, I really like seeing Young Joon jealous because you can really see his character development. This episode also showed how close their group is in the company. I like how extra most scenes were, especially when Young Joon surprised Mi So with a pick-up truck’s smoke and how everyone’s mood changed.

EPISODE 8: I Like You Too

Young Joon invites her to his house for dinner. Although she has visited his house almost every day for the last eight years, Mi So feels totally different this time and gets very nervous. Young Joon awaits her with a surprise gift to make her heart melt. Later on, Young Joon and Mi So get to celebrate the opening ceremony of Yumyung Art Center. Now everyone’s eyes are on the Book Concert, and there Sung Yeon makes a disturbing speech. Mi So can’t help herself but worries about Young Joon only. What’s wrong with her?

REVIEW: 

I can really see Young Joon already becoming more of a gentleman more than his narcissistic character. I really like to see how Young Joon is already expressing his feelings to Mi So but at the same time Mi So is being professional and always want to keep the distance between their positions.  It is so fun to watch seeing Mr Park in scenes because he makes most of his scenes funny. I am really confused with why Young Joon cannot kiss Mi So, with the dark room and all that.

The story keeps getting interesting after every episode. There is never a dull moment from the past episodes we watched.

EPISODE 5 : Ordinary Relationships

Love and an ordinary way of life are not in Vice Chairman Lee’s repertoire, but he makes a valiant effort to profess his feelings to Mi So, his personal secretary, who feels otherwise. However, he continues on with his heart fighting off his elder brother, Sung Yeon, who suddenly appears in Mi So’s life, and finds a way to apologize to Mi So for his actions. Meanwhile, a wager on Mr. Ko suit rustles up the workplace.

I could not get over how the last episode ended, I GOT REALLY EXCITED!! We now see Young Joon who starts to confess to Mi So.I’m so happy for Young Joon for being brave and all that. Everything in the episode became tense when his brother would start to talk to Mi So and get close. I somewhat like the rivalry between the brother but GO TEAM YOUNG JOON! I had mixed emotions watching this episode because at some parts were happy, some were sad ,some were tense in the atmosphere and I like it.

EPISODE 6: What’s Wrong with Vice Chairman Lee?

Mi So requests a leave for the first time in her nine years of service. But she does not know what to do and where to go because she never had a leave before. Meanwhile, Young Joon, who can’t deal with Mi So’s absence, misses his secretary so dearly that he compromises to resolve his loneliness by joining Mi So on her day off. With great surprise, she gets a phone call from her blind date, Byung Heon, and finally hears about the boy whom she has been looking for.

After the funny ending of last’s episode, Mi So requests for a leave. Because Young Joon was in shock, he had to say yes. This part was really funny and done well by the actors. I felt bad for Mi So because she tells us that it has been awhile since she had a good night sleep that means that she has been waking up really early and sleeping really late. When Young Joon could not help but miss Mi So, I got SUPER KILIG, LIKE OMG WTH!!! Its so fun watching character development in this drama. Young Joon tries to live how Mi So likes to live or how she has been living and we can see the differences between their lifestyles and i think this was a good idea.

EPISODE 3: Go on a Date

Young Joon calls Mi So out to the amusement park and gives her retirement present. Mi So gets touched by Young Joon’s new attitude. Mi So, who only cared about her job, goes out on a blind date. Young Joon hears about Mi So trying to get into a relationship and feels anxious about Mi So being with other guys.

I like how Young Joon asks Mr Park to call Mi So to the amusement park because i think it was his own way of surprising her. He wanted to give her a retirement present because she wants to get ready for her future. This episode was really funny because of the amusement park rides wherein Mi So has been screaming while Young Joon stayed with the “Young Joon” expression. After the rides, they had dinner and at this time they talked about their pasts. Mi So saw the different side of Young Joon. My reaction to this was like “Oh! this guy also has a soft side.” Anyways after that, Mi So had a blind date because she wants to meet other people for her to get married. After her blind date, Young Joon sees her and out of Mi So’s habit of fixing ties, she accidentally chokes her blind date upon seeing Young Joon. I really kept laughing in this scene because of the facial expressions of the actors in the scene. You can clearly see in this episode that Young Joon is starting to get jealous and I find this really cute.

EPISODE 4: I Come Back To Forgive You

Young Joon gets infuriated with jealousy after Mi So went to the blind date. They visit Yumung Group’s art center to expedite the opening, but accidentally trapped in the library section and spend a romantic moment together. Meanwhile, Young Joon’s brother Sung Yeon returns to Korea after 3 years abroad to visit his family. However, something is not quite right the way Young Joon greets his long waited brother home.

You can see that the relationship between Mi So and Young Joon is getting closer. They already care for each other, well for Mi So, it seems normal because it is part of her job but Young Joon has started to develop feelings for her. When the nightmare scene, showed up, I got a little bit excited because I thought this drama was all happy but actually theres some sad pasts and all that. You can also see in here that Young Joon and his brother has been having beef with each other. They do not like each other but we don’t know why.

REVIEW:

In the first episode, it starts with the Lee Young Joon walking into a party and sits on the couch and utters the title, “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” For me,this was a really good introduction to the Korean series. I found this part of the episode funny when the girls in the party thought that Young Joon was going to them but actually, he was just amazed on how good he looks.I’m not gonna lie, I was really confused because the drama just started and Secretary Kim is already quitting her job, like WHAT THE HECK! But anyways, I like the whole time I was watching, I was smiling. It was a really good first episode because it made me want to watch the next episode.

EPISODE 2 (She Just Doesn’t Want To Get Married)

Mi So reveals Young Joon’s secret to Ji Ran to make her give him up. Young Joon does not really understand why Mi So wants to quit her job, so he proposes to Mi So to keep her on his side forever. However, by his great surprise, Mi So rejects Young Joon’s proposal and leaves him dumbfounded and even more confused. Yoo Shik gives him a friendly advice about how to win a woman’s heart.

REVIEW:

Still dumbfounded about Mi So’s decision to quit her job, Young Joon tries to convince her by giving her counter deals. This act made me start to think that Mi So was a really good secretary because she was with him for nine years and he would still not let her go. I fell IN LOVE with this drama towards the end of this drama. LIKE OMG! THIS IS SO CUUUTTEEE. Bringing her to an amusement park?! That could be really extra but still its what you should do to please someone.
